About Raffle Ticket Orders

Admission tickets are essentially the same as Raffle Tickets in that they have consecutive numbers on each end but they do not have a stub. Pricing is the same. Place your order and highlight “tickets with no stub”. Your proof will show a printed stub but your Admission Tickets will not have the stub.

Different Colors or Size: Our standard raffle tickets are printed in black ink on yellow 90 lb index card stock. They measure 2 1/8” by 5 1/2” with the stub 1 1/2” from the left. We also offer White, Blue and Green card stock at no additional charge. If you would like your raffle tickets printed in one of these colors just let us know in the “comments” section. If you need a different color of stock, ink(s) or size contact us for pricing information.

I need different information or size for the stub: No problem, no extra charge, just indicate what you would like in the “comments” section and we will send you a proof to approve before your raffle tickets are printed.*

Can I add Artwork or a Logo? No problem, it only adds $7.00 to the price. Your artwork or logo should be at least 300 dpi. Indicate you want artwork or logo added in the “comments” section and enter $7 in the box: “Price for Additional Services add to my order”. Attach Logo/ Artwork to email. You will receive an email proof before your Raffle Tickets are printed.*

Can I have my raffle tickets printed on the back? Sure, the price is $15 per 1000 raffle tickets. Place your order, indicate the text you want in the “comments” section and enter the total of $15 per 1000 raffle tickets you are ordering in the box: “Price for Additional Services add to my order”. If you want a logo or artwork printed on the back of the raffle tickets attach Logo/ Artwork to email. You will receive an email proof before your Raffle Tickets are printed.*

Can I have my raffle tickets stapled or padded into books? Sure, the charge for stapling in increments of 5,10,15,20 or 25 is $.06 per book. The charge for stapling into books of any other increment is $.09 per book. (Specify the number of tickets per book in the “comments” section.) We recommend padding rather than stapling. Padding in books cost $1.00 per pad of 250 (Padding the raffle tickets is cheaper than stapling and makes it easy for you to divide into small groups.) Add the appropriate charge in the box: “Price for Additional Services add to my order”.*

Can I get my Raffle Tickets really fast? Depending on when we receive your order, your raffle tickets will ship free the same or next business day.** If you need Next or Second day shipping please contact us for pricing.
What number will the raffle tickets start at? Unless you specify otherwise they will start at 001. You can specify to begin at 000 (lottery raffles) or any thousand increment such as 2001 or 3,001, etc. If you are placing a reorder, be sure and tell us the starting number. Simply specify the starting number in the “comments” section.

Can I Fax or mail my order? Sure, simply print out the Raffle Ticket order form and Fax it to (513) 733-0770. You will need to include your credit card information including the Credit Card holders name and billing address (you can also call in this information (513-733-3900). You can mail your raffle ticket order to: A-Z Printing, 10122 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.

Can I have my order delivered to a Post office Box? UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We can, however ship your raffle tickets via U.S. Priority mail. The charge for priority mail is $5.00 per 1000 raffle tickets. Add the appropriate charge in the box: “Price for Additional Services add to my order”.

How will I know when my raffle tickets are shipped? You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order is shipped.
